• WE obtain credit info on all applicants over 18.
• This includes criminal background info as well as conducting a nationwide eviction report.
• We verify income from the applicant
• We request recent rental history from the applicant
• We allow our owners to take this info obtained and make final decisions with regard to acceptance.
