Vetting tenants is extremely important to us! Here are some of the way in which we gather background info:
- We use Resident Research to obtain credit info on all applicants over 18.
- Resident Research also provides criminal background info as well as conducting a nationwide eviction report.
- We verify income from the applicant
- We request recent rental history from the applicant
- We allow our owners to take this info obtained and make final decisions with regard to acceptance.
