For Owners who want their investment property fully managed, we provide comprehensive property management  - from securing  a qualified tenant to the payment of a monthly rent check to the owner - and everything in between - collecting rent, coordinating repairs, conducting physical inspections of the rental property, and consistently communicating with Owners and Tenants.

·         8%  Management Fee (yes we will negotiate under certain circumstances)

·         ZERO fee to Carolina Living for procuring a tenant. 

·         Complete background, credit and nationwide eviction checks

·         Rent Collection

·         Tenant eviction

·         Move In, Move out and Semi-Annual Property Inspection.

·         Repair coordination using owner, owner vendor or our approved vendors.(no hidden fees)

·         Annual Income/Expense report with 1099.  Monthly Income/Expense Reports available on request.

·         High Tenant Retention rate.
